Course Description
The Feedback 360 course introduces a practical framework and process for sharing constructive feedback with others, as well as receive feedback in a way that increases engagement, strengthens relationships, and drives needed results. Because giving and receiving feedback is not innate for most people, the skills and techniques presented in the course strengthen a person’s mindset and skillset when giving and receiving feedback in all types of working relationships, including:
• Leader and team member
• Peer to peer (colleagues)
• Team member to leader (upward feedback)
• Vendors, suppliers, or partners
• Customers or clients (when appropriate)
The course is built around engaging activities, reflection opportunities, useful examples, case studies, tools, and straightforward concepts that allow people to transfer and sustain what they learn.
