Return Policies

Assessments and Surveys

Online: CMOE will issue a refund for any assessment, survey, or diagnostic tool that has not been opened or activated and returned within thirty (30) days. Requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All online assessments, surveys, and diagnostics tools must be completed within 90 days of purchase.

Paper Based: CMOE will issue a credit for any assessment, survey, or diagnostical tool that has not been opened and returned within (30) days minus a 20% restocking fee. Requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

On-Demand, Self-Paced Learning

CMOE will issue a refund for any on-demand, self-paced learning program or experience that has not yet been opened or activated within 30 days from date of purchase. Learning programs or courses that have been opened, activated, or completed are not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription Based Learning: To cancel subscription based learning (such as the All-Access Digital Learning Pass) do the following:
1. Visit your CMOE Store Account and login to your account if you have not already done so.
2. After logging in click the “Subscriptions” tab to view your active subscriptions.
3. Click the “Cancel” button and proceed with any on-screen instructions to cancel the subscription.
If you have trouble completing these steps, please contact us directly for assistance.

Live-Virtual Learning

CMOE will issue a full refund for any live-virtual sessions (single user) that are made with more than 21 days advanced notice and received by phone or email. Cancellations for live-virtual sessions (single user) with less than 21 days of notice will not be granted a full refund. If for any reason you fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire program fee.

Transfer Policy

CMOE will grant single user registrants a one-time option to transfer to another program or course of the same or lesser value within thirty (30) days of purchase. Courses that have been opened, activated, or partially completed are not eligible for transfer.

We are grateful that you have selected CMOE for your learning and development needs. We stand behind the quality and research of our learning experiences. Our goal is to accommodate your needs as best we can. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a program, workshop, or learning experience purchased through CMOE, at our discretion, we will make it right, provide you with a credit toward a comparable program, or provide a refund.
